We have complied some important
information regarding shipping.
Please read through before you
place an order with us!
++POSTAGE SHOWN ON THE SITE ARE FOR BELOW 2kg++
The shipping fee shown on the site is for orders weighing less than 2kg.
If your order weight exceeds 2kg then the postage will drastically go up so we strongly recommend keeping your order under 2kg.
Please check individual items for each packing weight.
Q:What if my order exceeds 2kg?
A: If your order exceeds 2kg after packing,
then we will send you a mail letting you know about it
before we start processing your order.
We have two options for you to choose from (see below), so please let us know which you prefer andwe will make sure to follow your preference.
1) Cancel the order.
We cancel the order. We will refund you the amount you paid (PayPal) or cancel the transaction(Amazon Pay).
You can then place a smaller order so the total weight is under 2kg each.
2) Process the order.
We will make a "Special item" on the site for you to "purchase”. The item price will be the same price as excess postage(with no postage added, obviously). Upon receiving the payment for excess amount then we will process your order.
++PLACES WE CAN NOT DELIVER++
We use Yamato Transport for all international shipments.
Due to the carrier's declaration,
we are currently not able to ship to the following countries.
Argentine, Brazil, Canada,
Mexico,Paraguay, Venezuela,
China(excluding Hong Kong),
Philippine, North Korea,
Mongolia, India,
Portugal, Russia,
Qatar, Saudi Arabia.
While the system still shows postage fee for the above countries,
this exclusion has been declared by the carrier
and we have no control over it.
If your location is one of above countries, or if carrier advises us that they may not provide their service in your location, we will be compelled to cancel your order.
We will refund you the FULL amount you paid (PayPal) or cancel the transaction(Amazon Pay).
