Hermit Inn (international) is now back up and running.

We’ve teamed up with CROSS CART, a fast growing cross-border forwarding service agency in Japan. This lets us ship to a much wider range of countries and regions than before.

On top of the USA, Australia, and Asia–Oceania, we can now deliver to Canada, Portugal, and several other places. We've had loads of requests over the years from hobbyists in the US, Canada, and Portugal, so we're genuinely thrilled to finally get our miniatures to you.

For customers in the UK and most of Europe, you can still use CROSS CART if you prefer. However, we've found it often ends up noticeably more expensive and slower than our direct shipping. So for the UK and Europe (excluding Portugal), we'll continue offering our reliable direct service via YAMATO INTERNATIONAL.

At checkout you'll see two shipping options. Here's a quick breakdown:

Forwarding Agency (new option)

We forward your order to CROSS CART, and they handle delivery from there. You can pay by credit card, PayPal, and various other methods.

UK & Euro (Direct)

This is our familiar direct shipping via YAMATO INTERNATIONAL — just like before. For most UK and European addresses, it usually means lower costs and faster delivery. If your country isn't listed for direct shipping, simply choose Forwarding Agency instead.
